Responsabilités • Assure a first line support and contact to customers;
• Assist with customers complaints in line with the current business procedures;
• Deliver a high level of customer service, communicating effectively at all times.
Votre Profil
• Native level of Norwegian (written and spoken);
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Ability to perform multiple activities simultaneously;
• Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment.
