I am please to meat you. I have been Training assistant for 10 years. I hope it will fit with your expectation. I started as Training engineer and for six years I am doing more administrative and logistic task because the activities need more of these. That is why I completed my degrees with a new master’s degree last year in a business school in Paris.
I am organized because often I had to manage groups of trainees independently. For example the IPAG School of Business regularly asks me to organize integration courses in rooms several kilometers from the administration. There is no training assistant and the trainer must himself manage the entire group (provide meal breaks, check that the equipment works, that the rooms are closed, the trainees are all present).
