What we do:
International trade of cosmetics, Cosmeceutical/ Pharmaceutical products, Food& Beverage and other FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) products.
Business solutions& Brand partnership: OEM services,full package of Online/Offline distribution, digital marketing and consulting services.
We develop specific partnerships with brands to help them better develop business, branding process and optimize their distribution in China, which represents today 12 branches and more than 6000 distributors.
Working with an international team, we are specialized in different distribution networks of specific markets. Job description:
The assistant business development will take fully in charge of his/her client portfolioand will play a critical role within the company: interact with all departments as well as the top management (CEO – COO – CFO).
Take the lead of business development of an international portfolio; The business developer will bring an exceptional growth for the sales volume, the margin and the conversion rate. He/she will participate in decision making and the performance monitoring.
The assistant business development will also be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience thanks to the right assortment of products and the ability to sell at the right prices. Your position as Business Developer Intern entails:
Increasing the gross margin by respecting Wilbiz’s price positioning.
A role as account manager that covers from prospection of new international clients/suppliers to monitoring logistic after each order placed.
Inventory monitoring by using the company’s ERP.
• Preparing communication tools and materials to better sell the products.
• Providing all the logistics and operations support to clients during and after sales. A successful candidate will fulfill the following requirements:

• Existing networks for international trades in the fields of Wilbiz’s products
• Experience in import/export would be a big plus
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Professional proficiency in Chinese / English / French
• Knowledge in Chinese Off-Line / On-Line distribution.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel (VBA would be plus) What do we offer:

Package:
