English version below. Bonjour. J'ai récemment emménagé dans ce très beau T3 traversant non meublé, dans le 5eme arrondissement, au septième (et dernier) étage avec ascenseur. Je cherche un colocataire H/F pour intégrer la deuxième chambre et meubler ensemble l'appartement. J'ai deja acheté Canap', TV, machine a laver, grand frigo, table/chaises terrasse et rangements. Il y a une surface de 61m2 + une grande terrasse très ensoleillée de 21m2 orientée sud ouest + un balcon de 4m2 nord est. Chauffage au gaz. Internet/TV Fibre. Le loyer coûte 450+100€ charges, donc 550€ tout inclus (assurance, gaz, elec, internet). Le bail est solidaire. La chambre fait environ 13/14 m2. Très calme. Sans vis a vis. Soleil le matin. Comporte beaucoup de rangements (armoires, penderies, placard et tiroirs). Je recherche un/une colocataire entre 26 et 43 ans. Si possible ouvert d'esprit, pour durée indéterminée. Contrat de travail. Pas de sous location possible. Appartement très agréable et assez grand pour pouvoir vivre ensemble ou avoir son espace si nécéssaire. Rue calme. PARKING GRATUIT. Tout commerces autour. Quelques minutes a pied de la plaine. Tram 1/2, Metro1 , hôpital Timone et gare blancarde à moins de 100m.
