•Worked as an IT Service Delivery Owner (SDO) for the Tata Consultancy Services, Chennai Corporate office and supported for CXO grade & VP associates & Data Center Management.
•Worked as a L2 Technical support engineer for Eli Lilly Client. I have significant management experience and a proven track record of leading teams dedicated to technical and service excellence.
