Come along to a free 1 hour cardio workout session for all fitness levels, focusing on improving cardio & overall strengthening/toning. It will take place in Puteaux, accessible easily from La Défense on 24 March at 16h00 (location to be confirmed by email). The session will be run by a coach trained in Body Attack and will be completely free of charge and in English! Just bring your workout gear, a towel and water, that's it!
