My name is Yassine Elmaifi. I am a 39 years old Moroccan business English teacher and coach. I'm a holder of a diploma in higher studies in Communication and Journalism studies and bachelor in English studies. I have also received both a diploma of proficiency cycle in English at ALC (American language Center) in Rabat and a Cambridge TESOL TKT diploma from the British Council in Rabat. I received a certificate in Introduction to pedagogy and practices for teaching English to speakers of others languages (TESOL methods) organized by U.S. department of state – E-TEACHER scholarship program University of Oregon. Besides, I have received a diploma in Coaching Learning , leadership and change from Case Western Reserve University. I have a significant teaching experience. I taught English as a foreign language to many age groups and in various institutions and departments. Currently, I am working as a business English and general language coach to executives and collaborators in an IT and consulting company. As a Business English coach I make several daily tasks. First of all, I provide training and guidance to group training or individual in one to one Business English courses. The groups are homogeneous. The trainees or collaborators are grouped according to their job positions, objectives, and needs. Also, I maintain a training schedule while assuring that the environment and all the necessary equipment are adequate. The main focus is on the clients needs, subjects’ specific areas.
