oAnalysis of contractual clauses, and applicability on supplier mitigation’s
oEnsure workflows productively between all departments in the project,
Expeditor shall improve his relation between all departments in order to extract from all the best performance, however stablishing a harmonious relation.
oPerformance of Kick Off Meeting
During the Kick Off Meeting Expeditor shall ensure that Supplier is totally compliant with contractual clauses, identify possible gaps of the contract ensuring the clarification of these points with endorse of Procurement Department.
oReviewing of Inspection documentation
Expeditor shall ensure that materials released for inspection are covered by all requirements of listed on Material Requisition, and compliant with all Procedure of identification of this materials,
oRelease of Materials on the module conception (several YARD + PLANT SITE)
oReview shipment schedules considering aspects such as Sail Away Dates of Modules to Site,
Negotiation of news schedule adapting possible updates required by Project reformulation, identification of possible bottleneck on the production, proposing adaptation of procedures in order to ensure safely the release of the goods at yard.
oAnalyze o payments (Milestones and Pro-Rata of Material deliveries)
oVisits at Supplier
Field expediting at supplier's and Sub-supplier facilities verifying progress of key supply for project, performing visual and quantitative inspection.
oCompilation of Managements Reports.
